City Park Accelerates

Construction is now underway on a new 10,000 m² building at City Park Warsaw, marking the latest phase of development at Poland’s largest Small Business Units (SBU) complex.  Designed for companies seeking flexible, high-quality urban space, the expansion will bring the total area of the park to over 45,000 m².

The new facility responds to the growing demand from businesses that require operational independence, work comfort, and access to infrastructure that helps reduce ongoing costs. The building is being developed to BREEAM Excellent standards and will feature heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, grey water recovery systems, and EV charging infrastructure.

The space is designed not only for storage, but as a fully functional operational hub. Many tenants will use it for logistics, meetings with partners, product testing, and day-to-day team management. Units start from 500 m² for warehouse space and 110 m² for offices. Each module offers full autonomy: private entrances, ground-level access, no shared areas, and hydraulic loading docks. Office areas are air-conditioned, well-lit, and fully customisable.

Ideal Idea designs, builds, and manages the entire complex in-house. This direct approach allows for faster decisions, tailored support, and day-to-day contact with the team that knows both the building and its users.

Leasing for the new building is now in progress. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2026, with most units expected to be leased before the project is delivered.
