City Park Warsaw II completed

The new facilities at City Park Warsaw II are a development with unique and flexible business space of the highest quality, in a top urban location.

City Park Warsaw II is the latest Warsaw logistics park in the SBU (small business units) model executed by Ideal Idea. In the expansion, two halls, H5 and H6, were divided into 12 state-of-the-art warehouse modules (at about 550 m² each) with adjacent class-A offices (from about 110 m²). The combined area of the new structures is over 10,000 m².

City Park Warsaw II was built in compliance with BREEAM standards, meeting strict requirements for environmental protection, innovation, optimization of operating costs, and working comfort.
