New SBUs in Wrocław
The expansion of City Park Wrocław is underway. Our latest investment includes 16 modern warehouse modules, each with an area of approximately 640 m². Each module is accompanied by an office space of around 120 m², providing a comprehensive workspace for future tenants.
Thanks to flexible arrangement options, our SBUs perfectly meet the needs of companies that wish to maintain close contact between their production, warehousing, logistics, administration, marketing, and sales departments. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.
