Green light for expansion
Construction is now beginning for the new multipurpose H7 building at City Park Warsaw, which has received a final building permit. The latest project by Ideal Idea will provide tenants unique, flexible business space of the highest quality, in an optimal urban location.
The project is underway alongside two completed warehouse/office buildings on the site of City Park Warsaw. The H7 building will offer 9,000 m2 of modern logistics space (about 7,000 m2 of warehouses and 2,000 m2 of offices). Upon completion of the expansion, this SBU (small business units) property in Warsaw from Ideal Idea will include over 37,000 m2.
“We offer properties using an approach that is realistic, calculable and highly ecological for tenants,” said Andrzej Dużyński, CEO of Ideal Idea. “The market has already tested the SBU model and is expressing huge interest in this type of space. Ideal Idea is developing its offerings not only for the growing e-commerce market, but also companies identifying a need for consolidation of production, delivery and administrative functions. Our spaces can effectively cut operating costs for many companies while maintaining quality and prestige.”
The new building at City Park Warsaw will be constructed in compliance with the demanding international BREEAM standards for innovation and environmental concern.
Completion of construction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
